Aluminium Conductors

Aluminium Conductors

We have firmly positioned ourselves as one of the chief Manufacturers, Exporters, and Suppliers of Aluminium Conductors in India and abroad. These Conductors are largely used in diverse industrial applications. Our Aluminium Conductors are highly demanded by the clients, owing to their high quality and excellent performance. The raw materials used in the production process are procured from highly trusted vendors in the domain. Additionally, this comprehensive variety of Aluminium Conductors is available in the market at very affordable prices.

Our Variety :
  • AAC/ACSR Conductors
  • All Aluminum Alloy Conductors
  • Aluminum Conductor Aluminized Steel Reinforced (ACASR) Conductors
  • Aluminum Alloy Conductors Steel Reinforced (AACSR) Conductors

Special Features :
  • IS: 398 (Part 1) Certified
  • IS: 398 (Part 2) Certified
  • Approved by all Electricity Boards

Applications :
  • AAAC : Used as bare overhead conductor for primary and secondary distribution. Designed to utilize high strength aluminum alloy in order to achieve an optimum strength-to-weight ratio; provides better sag characteristics. Aluminum alloy gives AAAC better resistance to corrosion than ACSR.
  • AAC/ACSR : Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ACSR provides high strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing the capacity.
  • AACSR : Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. AACSR required strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding provides optimum strength to be achieved without sacrificing the capacity.
  • AAC : Stranded 1350 aluminum conductors shown in this section of data are classified, as follows :
    • Class AA : For bare conductors usually used in overhead lines
    • Class A : For conductors to be covered with weather-resistant materials and for bare conductors where greater flexibility is required
    • Class B : For conductors to be insulated with various materials and for conductors indicated under Class A where greater flexibility is required
    • Class C : For conductors where greater flexibility is required
